KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collaborate with senior designer to conceptualize and develop seasonal collections for men's wear.
- Assist in researching emerging trends, fabrics, and techniques to inspire and inform design concepts.
- Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes to illustrate design ideas.
- Participate in fittings and garment evaluations to ensure proper fit, function, and quality.
- Support the design team in sourcing materials, trims, and embellishments for prototypes and production.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, manufacturers, and other internal departments to facilitate the design process.
- Contribute to the development of presentation materials, including mood boards, color palettes, and trend forecasts.
- Assist in maintaining design archives, sample libraries, and other organizational tasks as needed.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- Previous experience in a design assistant role within the fashion industry, preferably in menswear.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design software.
- Strong sketching and technical drawing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent understanding of garment construction, fit, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Passion for menswear fashion, with a solid grasp of current trends and market dynamics.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
