**Assistant Fashion Designer responsibilities include**:

- Managing the design process from conception through to final styling
- Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics and seek design inspiration

**Job brief**

We are looking for an Assistant Fashion Designer to join our team and oversee the research and production of new clothing lines for the clients based on current trends in the market and clients’ requirements. Assistant Fashion Designer responsibilities include doing extensive market research and analyzing market data to determine latest fashion trends. Ultimately, you will work with a team of Tailor Master, Karigar, Kadhai Karigar, Finishers and Clients to create exciting clothing products based on clients’ requirements and seasonal trends.

**Responsibilities**
- Understand the Clients’ need and Discuss the Latest Designs based on Clients’ need.
- Based on Discussion with Client take the Orders from him/her.
- Complete the Clients’ orders from Starting to End with the help of Team.
- Create production sketches for better understanding of Design and smooth execution.
- Adhering to the Processes for avoiding lapses.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Fashion Designer or similar role
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Adobe Illustrator
- Availability to travel for research and product development.
- Ability to do sketches by hand.
- Excellent design and conceptual skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in design or fine arts is preferred.
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Fashion Designer.
- Visualize the design at the time of Fabric Purchase.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
