**Job Title**: Counselor - Ayurmegha Restoration Center

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Consultation & Patient Guidance**:

- Provide consultations to patients regarding Ayurvedic treatments and therapies, focusing on their specific health needs.
- Guide clients through personalized wellness plans, ensuring they understand and follow their treatment recommendations.
**- Client Relationship Management**:

- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively follow up with clients post-treatment to monitor progress and recommend further treatments as necessary.
**- Sales & Business Development**:

- Promote Ayurmegha’s services and packages, including special offers and promotions, to encourage repeat visits.
- Identify potential new markets and client demographics for expansion.
- Assist in designing and implementing marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, partnerships, and community outreach.
**- Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with therapists, doctors, and other staff to ensure a seamless experience for patients.
- Provide feedback to management on improving customer service, business growth opportunities, and operational improvements.
**- Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and follow-ups using our system.
**- Training & Development**:

- Stay updated on new trends in Ayurvedic health and wellness.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to further develop counseling skills and knowledge in Ayurvedic therapies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, health sciences, or related fields.
- Certification or deep knowledge in Ayurveda and holistic health approaches is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in client counseling, wellness coaching, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to encourage repeat business.
- Passionate about Ayurvedic health and wellness.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
