- Book and confirm appointments for clients or patients.
- Maintain an organized calendar for staff and services.

**Client Support**:

- Provide information about the center's programs, services, and facilities.
- Address customer concerns and direct them to the appropriate staff.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Manage paperwork, data entry, and filing systems.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing if required.

**Coordination**:

- Assist with event planning, workshops, or wellness programs.
- Communicate effectively with therapists, counselors, or specialists.

**Maintaining a Positive Environment**:

- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic office tools.
- Empathy and patience, especially when dealing with clients seeking support.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,202.88 per month
