- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years in counseling, sales, or customer service roles, with a preference for experience in the education or training sector.
- **Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and consultative sales approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with CRM systems.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving lead conversion targets.
