**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented **Admission Counselor** with 2-3 years of experience in the education sector. The role involves managing walk-in inquiries, conducting engaging school tours, and effectively communicating with prospective parents and students to drive admissions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **walk-in inquiries** and provide detailed information about academic programs, campus facilities, admission process, and fee structure.
- Conduct **personalized school tours** and presentations to highlight key features and value propositions.
- Understand the needs and concerns of parents/students and offer appropriate guidance and counseling.
- Maintain and update inquiry records, follow-up schedules, and admission status reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admission experience for prospective students.
- Meet and exceed monthly admission targets and KPIs.
- Represent the school at events, open houses, and other outreach programs when required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; background in education or counseling preferred.
- **2-3 years** of experience in admissions, counseling, or a related role within the education sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to build rapport quickly and address concerns with confidence and clarity.
- Professional appearance and a pleasant personality.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
