**Job Summary**:
The Senior Admission Counselor is responsible for leading student recruitment and admission efforts for an educational institution. This role involves guiding prospective students through the admission process. The Senior Admission Counselor represents the institution at events and maintains strong relationships with schools, students, and parents.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage and oversee the student admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
Counsel prospective students and their families regarding academic programs, admission requirements, financial aid, and campus life.
Coordinate with academic departments and administrative offices to ensure a smooth admission experience.
Represent the institution at school visits, and open house events.
Train, mentor, and support junior admission counselors and staff.
Analyze enrollment trends and prepare reports for management.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
3-5 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Knowledge of admission procedures and education systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and admission CRM tools.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹41,023.44 per month
