
Hotel Receptionist

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently
- Manage guest requests, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain the front desk area in a neat and organized manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide accurate information regarding hotel services and local attractions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and special offers
- Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain guest accounts accurately
- Follow all hotel policies and standard operating procedures
- Uphold The Royal Grand image by maintaining a professional appearance and behavior
**Qualifications**
- Proven work experience as a hotel receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., IDS, Opera, or similar) is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in English and at least one regional language
- Excellent customer service skills and a pleasant, approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
- High school diploma or relevant qualification; a degree in hospitality management is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts
