Admin/secretarial Assistant to Chairperson

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Chairperson in managing day-to-day administrative tasks and schedules
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports using Excel
- Use ChatGPT for quick research and assistance in communications
- Attend meetings, take notes, and provide necessary follow-up actions
- Assist in preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure smooth coordination of events and activities related to the chapter
- Support the Chairperson in managing various tasks and projects as required Skills and
**Qualifications**:
- Strong command of the English language (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
- Experience in using ChatGPT for professional purposes Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Enthusiastic, presentable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines
- Prior experience in administrative or secretarial roles is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
