ItprovidescustomizedICTsolutionstotheMOL groupof companiesinthe domainsof shipping, logisticsetc. It is gearing up to expand its breadth of software ICT solutions for the existing customer base anddiversifyintodifferent sectorsoutsideMOL. **Areas of Responsibilities**: 1. **Application Support**: - Monitor the queries and conduct prepare FAQ documents for recurring issues. 2. **Liaison with Vendor & Internal Teams**: - Work closely with various, operational teams, and external vendors (WiseTech Global) to escalate and resolve issues when required. - Coordinate updates, patches, and upgrades to business operations. 3. **Reporting**: - Prepare and generate reports as required by stakeholders / Customers manual or through various reporting tools (Azure DevOps). **Required Proficiency Levels**: 1. **Technical Skills** - Knowledge of Shipping Application, including modules like Freight Forwarding, Customs, Warehousing, and Workflow automation. - Understanding of freight forwarding, and logistics operations to support business-specific issues.
