Representing the company in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company's interests.

Providing legal counsel and advice on a wide range of matters including property acquisitions, leasing agreements, financing options etc.

Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations relevant to real estate and finance, and proactively advising the company on necessary adjustments to policies and practices.

Assisting in the resolution of disputes.

Taking follow ups with onboard lawyers and solicitors.

Attending government departments for office work.

Visiting police stations.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal matters in a clear and concise manner.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external parties, and legal professionals.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
