The Global Marketing team is a young and vibrant group, passionate about showcasing Experion’s story worldwide. Our team handles Branding, PR, Corporate Communications, Digital Marketing, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Partnership & Alliances. We’re looking for a young, vibrant, and extremely enthusiastic Graphics Design Executive to be a part of the Marketing Team. The person will be responsible for ideating, visualizing, and developing concepts, both graphics and video, for multiple touchpoints such as social media, website, and print, among others. This is a high energy role

Your Contribution To The Team
- Develops concepts, innovative ideas, and inspiring thoughts for delivering stunning graphics designs and video content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team members to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that effectively communicate brand messages.
- Ability to understand and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all mediums.
- Attention to detail, with a keen eye for perfecting the output.
- Fantastic communication skills with an ability to articulate design thoughts to various stakeholders.
- Good team player who understands the value of teamwork and collaboration.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Well-versed in social media and digital media formats and trends.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other internal teams when needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design, branding, and marketing.
- Ability to own & deliver tasks independently.

Is this you?
- 1- 3 years of experience as a Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in graphics design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign) and Figma.
- Solid understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and present design concepts.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
