**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design visually appealing graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Create banners, posters, infographics, and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with content writers, marketers, and project managers to ensure designs align with brand strategy and campaign goals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs.
- Assist in conceptualizing creative campaigns and visual storytelling.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and emerging digital platforms.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and Canva.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Portfolio showcasing creative design work for digital campaigns is required.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with motion graphics or short video editing.
- Knowledge of branding and visual identity design.

**Experience**:

- Graphic design: 2 years (required)
