Graphic Designer

We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in both social media and print media design. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and engaging content that aligns with our brand's objectives and resonates with our target audience. Your work will span various digital and print platforms, requiring a versatile and innovative approach to design.

Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Conceptualize, design, and execute creative assets for both digital and print media, including but not limited to social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, flyers, posters, and more.

Develop visually stunning and on-brand graphics that enhance our messaging and effectively communicate our products, services, and values.

Social Media Graphics:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media content, including static images, GIFs, infographics, and videos.

Ensure that all social media graphics are optimized for different platforms and screen sizes, maintaining consistency in design across channels.

Print Media:
Design and produce high-quality print materials such as brochures, business cards, promotional materials, and event signage.

Coordinate with external print vendors to ensure print materials are produced to specifications and quality standards.

Brand Consistency:
Uphold and enforce brand guidelines across all design projects, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable brand identity.

Research and Trends:
Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve design quality and creativity.

Communication:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and project managers, to understand design requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Clearly communicate design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing both social media and print media projects.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and composition principles.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements.

Experience with print production and knowledge of print techniques is a plus.
