**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide remote and on-site support to building deployments (recover disabled drives, ensure HW functionality, coordinate and deliver technician training, ensure spares & tools are in place, etc)
- Communicating with partners, clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively
- Troubleshooting problems reported by customers - remote and on-site support
- Coordinate with the System integrators team for Installation & commissioning activities
- Identifying the fundamental causes of the issues, taking corrective/preventative measures, and collaborating closely with the technical team to ensure a prompt resolution
- Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally
- Set up and configure the hardware for a customer demo
- has a Diploma in Electronics
- has previous experience as a Hardware Product Support/Technical Support Engineer/Customer Support Executive (Hardware), or a similar role
- has excellent customer service skills
- has the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- has the experience and is willing to work in a 24/7 support environment
- is willing to travel (Local/outstation)
- is proficient in English and Hindi

**Nice to have**
- Knowledge of hardware and software ( IoT devices)
- Understanding of drawing ( Auto CAD)
