**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Generation**: Actively promote and sell hardware products and plywood to both retail customers and wholesale clients (contractors, distributors, etc.).
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the features, benefits, and best uses of hardware products and plywood, ensuring customers receive accurate and helpful information.
- **Order Management**: Process customer orders for both retail and wholesale purchases, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively upselling products, identifying sales opportunities, and expanding the customer base.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional after-sales support, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction for both retail and wholesale customers.
- **Market Intelligence**: Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Provide feedback on potential opportunities to expand product offerings and enhance sales.
- **Showroom Organization**: Maintain the retail showroom, ensuring that products are displayed neatly, shelves are stocked, and promotional materials are up-to-date.
- **Sales Reporting**: Keep track of sales activities, report performance to the Sales Manager, and suggest improvements or strategies to increase sales.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven sales experience in a retail or wholesale environment, preferably in hardware products, plywood, or related industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with both individual customers and business clients.
- Knowledge of hardware products, plywood, and construction materials (preferred but not required).
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with both retail and wholesale sales demands.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a desire to meet sales goals.
- Ability to work weekends or flexible hours based on showroom schedule.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in both retail and wholesale sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with managing wholesale accounts and handling bulk orders.
- Knowledge of construction and DIY markets, and the ability to advise clients on product specifications and usage.
**Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage, but not mandatory.
**Language**: Hindi - English
