Product Management Leader
Job Description:The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the product roadmap, fostering key relationships with external partners, and working seamlessly with our internal teams to deliver innovative and high-quality hardware solutions. This includes championing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for hardware management, conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
Key responsibilities include translating business requirements and market insights into detailed product specifications, user stories, and use cases, prioritizing features and initiatives based on strategic impact, technical feasibility, and business value.
Additionally, the successful candidate will cultivate robust relationships with internal teams and external hardware partners to ensure clear communication and strategic alignment, facilitating collaboration throughout the hardware lifecycle.
They will work closely with the Supply Chain team to optimize sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and logistics for hardware components and finished goods, collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer needs, develop product narratives, and support sales enablement efforts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a data-driven approach to decision-making, and experience working closely with Sales and Supply Chain teams are essential for this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with a focus on hardware products (preferably IP phones and related accessories as well as headsets and related accessories).
- Demonstrated expertise in telephony and phone devices is essential.
- Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and logistics.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
