Product Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Lead to champion our product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This role involves conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs.

The ideal candidate will translate business requirements and market insights into detailed product specifications, user stories, and use cases. They will prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic impact, technical feasibility, and business value.

Cultivating strong relationships with internal teams and external partners is crucial for this role. The successful candidate will facilitate collaboration throughout the hardware lifecycle, encompassing firmware development and certification, managing customer escalations, and conducting issue investigation and resolution.

This position requires close work with Supply Chain teams to optimize sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and logistics for hardware components and finished goods. Collaboration with Sales, Engineering & Design, Marketing, and Support teams is also essential.

We oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring successful product launches and ongoing product health. Our team monitors product performance, gathers user feedback, and iterates on products to drive continuous improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with a focus on hardware products.
  • Demonstrated expertise in telephony and phone devices is essential.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and logistics.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working closely with Sales and Supply Chain teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
