**Job Title**: BPO Trainer
**Location**:Mohali (day shift work from home)
**Experience**: 3-4 years
**Salary**: 25-30K
- Conduct onboarding training for new hires to familiarize them with processes, policies, and systems.
- Assess training needs through performance analysis, employee feedback, and operational requirements.
- Deliver training sessions focusing on soft skills, communication, conflict resolution, and product/service knowledge.
- Maintain training records and provide reports to management on progress and outcomes.
- Design, develop, and deliver training modules tailored to BPO operations, including customer service, communication, and technical support.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
