**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Program Development : Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for turret punch machines using CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).

Machine Setup & Operation : Set up and test turret punch machines to ensure proper operation and efficiency.

Blueprint Interpretation : Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine job requirements.

Tooling Selection : Choose appropriate tools, punches, and dies for different materials and production requirements.

Quality Control : Inspect first-run and production parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards.

Process Optimization : Improve programming and machine utilization to reduce cycle times and material waste.

Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve issues related to programming, tooling, or machine performance.

Collaboration : Work closely with engineers, production supervisors, and machine operators to improve processes.

Documentation : Maintain records of programs, setups, and adjustments for future reference.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.

Experience with CNC programming and turret punch presses (e.g., Amada, Trumpf, Yawei).

Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, Metalic, Mastercam, or proprietary turret programming software).

Strong understanding of sheet metal, material properties, and tooling.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings.

Experience with G-code and M-code programming is a plus.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
