**Job Title**: IT Recruiter

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Recruitment**: Specialize in recruiting for IT positions, including but not limited to Java developers, software engineers, system administrators, network engineers, etc.
- **US IT Staffing**: Experience in US IT staffing and recruitment processes, including understanding H1B visa requirements, W2 contracts, and compliance regulations.

**Key Skills**:

- Proficiency in using job portals such as Dice, CareerBuilder, and JobDiva.
- Experience in US IT staffing and recruitment, including knowledge of H1B visa requirements and W2 contracts.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to conduct effective interviews and screenings.
- Technical recruitment experience, particularly in areas like Java development.
- Familiarity with domestic staffing processes and job portals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT recruiter or similar role, preferably in a US-based IT staffing firm.
- Certification in HR or recruiting is a plus.
