We Are Looking For A Customer-Focused And Proactive Customer Relationship Executive To Join Our Team. The Primary Responsibility Of The Customer Relationship Executive Will Be To Build And Maintain Positive Relationships With Customers And Clients, Ensuring Their Satisfaction With Our Products Or Services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining Accurate Records Of Customer Interactions And Transactions.
- Building And Maintaining Positive Relationships With Clients, Vendors, And Stakeholders.
- Identifying Opportunities To Up-Sell Or Cross-Sell Products Or Services To Existing Customers.
- Collaborating With Other Departments, Including Sales, Marketing, And Operations,
- To Ensure A Seamless Customer Experience.
- Conducting Customer Satisfaction Surveys To Obtain Feedback And Identify Areas For Improvement.
- Keeping Abreast Of Industry Trends And Product Developments To Stay Informed And Better Serve Customers.
- Ensuring Customer Information Is Accurate And Up-To-Date In Our Database.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
- 2-3 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
- Strong Problem-Solving And Conflict Resolution Skills.
- Ability To Multitask And Manage Multiple Priorities Effectively.
- Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software.
- Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
