We are looking for a Manager
- Electronic Flow trader to manage orders streaming through our platforms: Saxo Trader GO, Saxo Trader Pro, white label, Institutions etc. At all times the Electronic coverage personnel must hold themselves to the highest standards of integrity and deliver best execution to clients.
This is a newly created role in Gurgaon. Team members will be working as part of Saxo's Global trading teams in Singapore and Copenhagen in a follow the sun model.
Responsibility:
- Deep understanding of trading strategies, order types, market microstructure, and the specific risks associated with trading operations
- Knowledge of Pricing, Execution & Risk Management Algorithms.
- Partner with Product development teams for building solutions related to Trade Platform Monitoring
- Support and maintain High-performance electronic execution platform
- Manage relationships with Liquidity providers, global sales, Institutional clients
- Ability to work in shifts - 3:30 am to 11:30 noon, 10 noon to 6 pm
- Proficient in SQL, FIX messaging
- Good to have knowledge C++,.NET, Kibana, Elastic search, Python
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree in finance, mathematics, engineering, or related disciplines is preferred
- Work experience of 3 to 10 years in a Brokerage or Bank managing client order flow
- Experience working with Financial Products - Equities, Exchange traded Futures and Options, CFD
- Past experience covering European and Asian Markets
