Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers on passive and active components.
- Assist in product selection, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with sales and overseas engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Market research and lead generation for potential customers in electronics manufacturing, automotive, telecom, and consumer electronics sectors.
- Visit OEMs, contract manufacturers, and distributors to pitch company products (semiconductors, MLCCs, capacitors, resistors, ICs, etc.).
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their sourcing needs, and provide solutions.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand company's market share.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth client onboarding and order execution.
Stay updated on new technologies and components.
- Identify and develop new B2B clients in sectors like telecom, IoT, automotive, etc
- Handle inquiries, quotations, price negotiations, and order closure
- Handle client meetings, price negotiation, and order generation
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation.
- Hands-on knowledge of resistors, capacitors, ICs, RF components, etc.
- Strong communication skills; customer-facing experience is a plus.Role:
