1. Academic Responsibilities:
Teaching and Delivery:
Ensuring that teaching is aligned with the curriculum and course objectives.
Preparing lesson plans, course materials, and assessment tools.
Encouraging interactive teaching methodologies and student participation.
Research and Development:
Engaging in research activities to contribute to academic knowledge in the management field.
Publishing research in peer-reviewed journals and presenting at conferences.
Supervising student research projects, dissertations, and theses.
Evaluation and Assessment:
Designing and conducting examinations, assignments, and other forms of assessment.
Providing constructive feedback to students to enhance their learning outcomes.
Ensuring adherence to academic integrity and fair grading.
2. Administrative and Institutional Responsibilities:
Academic Administration:
Participating in academic meetings, curriculum development, and policy formation.
Coordinating and managing course offerings and schedules.
Maintaining academic records and ensuring compliance with university and regulatory standards.
Student Mentoring and Counseling:
Providing academic counseling and career guidance to MBA students.
Offering support to students for their personal and professional development.
Addressing students’ queries and concerns regarding academics and beyond.
3. Professional Development:
Continuous Learning:
Engaging in professional development activities such as attending workshops, training programs, and seminars.
Staying updated with the latest trends, research, and practices in the field of management.
Networking and Industry Collaboration:
Collaborating with industry experts, business professionals, and alumni to enhance the curriculum and improve the employability of students.
Participating in industry visits, guest lectures, and other industry-academic linkage activities.
4. Contribution to NAAC Accreditation Process:
Ensuring that the academic and administrative processes align with NAAC accreditation criteria.
Supporting the preparation of documentation and data for the NAAC assessment and evaluation process.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of the institution’s academic standards.
5. Ethics and Code of Conduct:
Upholding high standards of professional ethics in teaching, research, and student interaction.
Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to the institution's policies and procedures.
6. Other Duties:
Participating in faculty development programs and contributing to institutional initiatives.
Engaging in community services and social responsibility projects.
Taking part in extracurricular activities, workshops, seminars, and other events organized by the institution.
Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
