Role Definition The Professor for BBA & MBA programs plays a key role in delivering high-quality education, conducting impactful research, and fostering leadership among students and faculty. The professor will drive program innovation, industry collaboration, and internationalization while contributing to the department's academic excellence and strategic growth.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: PhD in Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree with exceptional experience may also be considered).

**Experience**:
Minimum 8-10 years of teaching experience, preferably at the university level.

Proven record of research publications in peer-reviewed journals. Industry experience and international exposure will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching and Instruction Deliver high-quality instruction in core and elective courses, including Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Entrepreneurship, and Strategy. Utilize innovative teaching techniques, including case studies, simulation tools, and experiential learning. Develop programs and modules that align with emerging business trends such as sustainability, business analytics, and digital transformation.

2. Program Leadership and Curriculum Development Lead program-level initiatives, including strategic reviews and innovations in pedagogy. Design and update curriculum to reflect global business trends and industry requirements. Integrate entrepreneurship, sustainability, and interdisciplinary approaches into programs.

3. Research and Scholarship Conduct and publish high-quality research in reputed journals and conferences. Collaborate with academic and industry partners on impactful research projects. Secure research grants or funding for departmental growth and innovation.

4. Student Mentorship Provide academic and career guidance, including support for internships, placements, and entrepreneurial ventures. Supervise dissertations, theses, and case competitions. Develop programs to enhance students’ soft skills such as leadership, communication, and problem-solving.

5. Industry Integration Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders to enhance curriculum relevance and student placements. Facilitate guest lectures, panel discussions, and industry visits for students. Collaborate with industry experts to co-develop practical learning modules.

6. Faculty Development Mentor junior faculty members to enhance their teaching and research capabilities. Facilitate professional development programs, workshops, or certifications for faculty growth.

7. Internationalization Incorporate global business trends into teaching and research. Facilitate international collaborations for student exchange programs, joint research, or faculty partnerships.

8. Administrative and Departmental Leadership Actively participate in curriculum development, accreditation, and quality assurance processes. Serve on academic and administrative committees and contribute to strategic planning. Organize and lead seminars, guest lectures, workshops, and community outreach programs.

9. Assessment and Evaluation Design and evaluate assessments that effectively measure learning outcomes. Leverage data analytics to identify trends and improve student success metrics

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹578,644.39 - ₹1,209,232.70 per year
