**Educational and Research Essentials for Assistant Professor**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration /PGDM
- Minimum Experience in Teaching or Industry in required relevant field will be highly desirable

**Educational and Research Essentials for Associate Professor**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration/PGDM/C.A./ICWA/M.Com. with First Class or equivalent
- Ph.D. degree in the relevant field
- At least six research publications in SCI journals/UGC/AICTE approved list of journals
- Minimum of eight years of experience in teaching/research/industry, with at least two years of Post Ph.D. experience

**Educational and Research Essentials for Professor**:

- Ph.D. degree in the relevant field
- First class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch
- Minimum of ten years of experience in teaching/research/industry, with at least three years at a post equivalent to that of an Associate Professor
- At least six research publications at the level of Associate Professor in SCI journals/UGC/AICTE approved list of journals
