**Experiance: 1 to 5 year **Prior teaching experience in a university or college setting (preferred).

**Job Summary**:
The Assistant Professor (MBA) is responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, engaging in impactful research, and contributing to the academic growth of the department. The role also includes student mentoring, curriculum development, and participation in administrative and extracurricular activities.

**Key Responsibilities:Teaching and Instruction**:

- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
- Employ innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Supervise student projects, internships, and dissertations.

**Research and Publications**:

- Conduct original research and publish papers in reputed academic journals.
- Present findings at national and international conferences.
- Seek funding opportunities for research projects and actively engage in collaborative research initiatives.

**Student Mentorship**:

- Guide and mentor students on academic, career, and personal development.
- Support students in entrepreneurial and industry-related initiatives.

**Curriculum Development**:

- Contribute to the design, review, and improvement of MBA program curricula to meet industry and academic standards.
- Develop course content and teaching materials that align with current business trends and practices.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and institutional development activities.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and guest lectures.
- Manage administrative tasks related to courses, including grading, attendance, and documentation.

**Industry Collaboration**:

- Build relationships with industry professionals to enhance the program’s relevance.
- Facilitate internships, placements, and industry-academia collaborations.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Participate in community service and extension activities as part of the institution's mission.
- Stay updated with advancements in the field and pursue continuous professional development.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- Ph.D. or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA with a strong academic record (mandatory).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and learning management systems.
- Research and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
