**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver lectures and facilitate learning in core and elective Marketing courses at the postgraduate level (MBA)
- Develop course curriculum, lesson plans, and assessment tools in line with academic standards and industry relevance
- Guide and mentor students in academic projects, internships, and career development
- Engage in scholarly research, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and participate in academic conferences
- Contribute to departmental and institutional activities such as curriculum development, admissions, and academic audits
- Collaborate with faculty members on interdisciplinary initiatives and research
- Foster industry partnerships and bring practical insights into the classroom
- Participate in faculty meetings, student advisory, and quality enhancement initiatives

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a reputed institute
- Minimum [2-3] years of teaching/research/industry experience preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in using digital tools and LMS for teaching and assessment

**Desirable Skills**
- Practical experience or consulting background in marketing domains (digital marketing, branding, consumer behavior, etc.)
- Exposure to case-based and experiential learning pedagogy
- Strong academic research orientation with a focus on contemporary marketing issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
