As a junior sales executive in the educational technology (edtech) sector, your role involves promoting and selling technology solutions geared towards enhancing education and learning experiences. Here's an overview of what your responsibilities might entail:

- **Understanding Products**: You need to have a comprehensive understanding of the edtech products and services your company offers. This includes knowing their features, benefits, and how they address the needs and challenges of educational institutions, teachers, students, and other stakeholders.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on trends and developments in the edtech industry. Conduct market research to identify potential customers, understand their requirements, and assess competitor offerings.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers to showcase the value and functionality of your company's edtech solutions. Tailor your presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.
- **Building Relationships**: Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster trust and loyalty. Understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations and solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
- **Sales Negotiation**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients while ensuring profitability for your company. Address any concerns or objections raised by prospects and work towards finding mutually beneficial solutions.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Maintain a structured sales pipeline to track leads, opportunities, and deals at various stages of the sales process. Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to organize and manage customer interactions and sales activities.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment in messaging, product positioning, and customer satisfaction.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on industry best practices, sales techniques, and product enhancements through training programs, workshops, and self-study. Continuously seek opportunities to improve your sales skills and expand your knowledge of the edtech landscape.
- **Metrics and Reporting**: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts. Prepare regular reports and updates for management to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

By effectively fulfilling these responsibilities, you can contribute to the growth and success of your company's edtech sales efforts while making a positive impact on education and learning outcomes.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
