Tomson Electronics is seeking to recruit a Sales Executive

Objective

To work on developing our B-B Clientele in India, we are recruiting a Sales Executive with initial work experience in a similar field. The goal of the Sales Executive is to convert leads into sales provided shortlisted by the marketing team.

Key responsibilities of the role are to:
Be actively involved in all the Sales Development activities to execute the company’s plans and strategies, including:

- Relationship building with clients or other stakeholders
- Market research, information gathering, and competition monitoring
- Support in any administrative tasks/logistics

We are seeking individuals who:

- Display good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) and build rapport easily.
- Can be counted on to achieve goals, demonstrating a fighting spirit and perseverance.
- Are flexible and eager to take initiative.
- Are able to plan, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Are effective at solving problems, troubleshooting, and making timely decisions.
- Display a team spirit, particularly in a multicultural environment.

Essential prerequisites include:

- A business management experience or qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of work experience in Engineering or Sales.
- A good command in Hindi (Speaking), English (written and oral), and Malayalam language.
