Roles and Responsibilities for Retail Marketing Associate:

- **Collaborate with Sales Teams**: Work closely with the sales team to identify marketing needs and sales challenges in specific business sectors or regions.
- **Coordinate Marketing Campaigns**: Develop and coordinate targeted marketing campaigns tailored to enhance sales in underperforming areas.
- **Liaise with Distributors**: Engage with distributors to gather feedback and understand market dynamics, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with distributor capabilities and regional demand.
- **Manage Creative Processes**: Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce effective marketing materials and creatives for campaigns.
- **Oversee Performance Marketing**: Collaborate with performance marketers to execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns aimed at boosting B2B sales.
- **Analyze Market Trends**: Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to ensure competitive advantage and relevance in marketing strategies.
- **Report and Feedback**: Regularly report on campaign results and market feedback to the marketing team and CMO, facilitating agile adjustments to strategies as needed.
