**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Interact with guests to understand their preferences and ensure they have a pleasant cafe experience.
- Explain the cafe’s menu, special offers, and loyalty/ordering app features clearly and effectively.
- Assist customers in downloading, registering, and navigating the cafe app.
- Collect feedback from guests and share insights with the management team for continuous improvement.
- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
- Oversee the overall appearance and ambiance of the cafe, ensuring cleanliness, organized seating, and a welcoming environment at all times.**
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback on Google reviews and other online platforms, ensuring timely and professional replies.
- Encourage happy customers to share positive reviews online to strengthen the cafe’s reputation.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests to encourage repeat visits.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our values of hospitality and service excellence.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
