3. Front Office Operations: Oversee front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell services.
4. Room Assignments: Manage room assignments, ensuring optimal occupancy and guest satisfaction.
5. Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
**Requirements**:
1. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Front Office Executive in a luxury hotel or resort.
2. Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
3. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
4. Certifications: Knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and hospitality software.
