**Job description**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain **ITS machines** for the production and assembly of aluminium doors and windows.
- Perform **TIG welding** and other relevant welding techniques for aluminium fabrication.
- Read and interpret **technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols** to ensure accurate production.
- Adjust and calibrate machine settings to meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Carry out routine **machine maintenance and troubleshooting** to prevent downtime.
- Ensure proper cutting, shaping, and joining of **aluminium profiles and frames**.
- Work with **fabrication teams** to assemble doors, windows, and other aluminium structures.
- Follow **safety guidelines** and quality control measures to maintain high production standards.
- Inspect finished products to ensure **precise dimensions and flawless welding joints**.
- Report any **machine or welding defects** to supervisors for corrective action.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an **ITS Machine Operator** in aluminium fabrication.
- **Hands-on experience in TIG welding** for aluminium materials.
- Ability to read and interpret **architectural and fabrication drawings**.
- Knowledge of **aluminium cutting, bending, and joining processes**.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to **high-quality workmanship**.
- Basic knowledge of **CNC programming and automation** (preferred).
- Physical ability to handle and assemble aluminium profiles and structures.
- Understanding of **safety standards** in metal fabrication and welding.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Diploma /ITI**in Mechanical Engineering, Welding, or Aluminium Fabrication.
- Experience in **manufacturing aluminium doors, windows, and curtain wall systems**.
- Familiarity with **powder coating, anodizing, and finishing processes** (optional).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
