Job Description: CNC Machine Operator - Siemens & Fanuc Control

**Location**: Mini Max Industries

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Program and Operate**: Set up and operate CNC machines using Siemens and Fanuc controls to produce precision components as per specifications.
- **Programming**: Edit and adjust CNC programs directly on the control panel, ensuring optimal machining performance.
- **Blueprint Interpretation**: Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD/CAM files to determine machining requirements.
- **Tool Selection and Setup**: Choose and install the appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining operations.
- **Quality Assurance**: Inspect machined parts using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMMs) to ensure they meet design specifications and tolerances.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve issues with machining operations, including tooling, programming errors, and equipment malfunctions.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- **Documentation**: Record machining processes, production data, and deviations from standards.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a secure working environment.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in operating CNC machines with Siemens and Fanuc control systems.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in programming and editing CNC programs directly on Siemens and Fanuc controllers.
- Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming.
- Ability to set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines.
- **Blueprint Reading**: Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings, schematics, and CAD files.
- **Tools and Measurements**: Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and quality control procedures.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong troubleshooting skills for addressing machining and equipment issues.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in CNC machining or related fields are preferred.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to lift heavy components and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of advanced machining techniques and tooling strategies.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam or SolidWorks.
- Experience with complex machine setups and multi-axis programming.
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in CNC technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:
