**Job Type**: [Full-Time/Contract]

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Setup and Operation**:

- Set up CNC laser machines according to specifications and production requirements.
- Load and align materials on the machine bed, ensuring proper fit and positioning.
- Operate the laser machine to cut, engrave, or mark various materials based on design specifications.
- **Programming and Design**:

- Input and adjust design files into the machine’s computer system, using CAD/CAM software as needed.
- Edit machine parameters and settings to optimize performance and ensure precision.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect completed parts and products for accuracy, dimensional consistency, and overall quality.
- Make necessary adjustments to machine settings or design files to address any discrepancies.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Perform routine maintenance on the laser machine, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacing parts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or software issues to minimize downtime.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment and proper handling of materials.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production runs, and maintenance activities.
- Report on production metrics, machine performance, and any issues or incidents to management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in CNC operation or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience operating CNC machines or similar equipment; familiarity with laser cutting and engraving is advantageous.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in CNC machine operation and basic programming.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine maintenance.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,038.56 per month
