**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain **large-format CO₂ laser cutting machines**.
- Prepare materials and set up files for accurate cutting and engraving.
- Ensure precision, quality, and consistency across all laser-cut components.
- Troubleshoot machine or software issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Read and interpret **technical drawings, design files, and job sheets**.
- Collaborate with the design and production team to improve workflows.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area with proper safety practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience operating **CO₂ laser cutting machines** (large-format preferred).
- Strong understanding of **CNC laser principles and file preparation**.
- Knowledge of materials such as **wood, MDF, acrylic**.
- Basic understanding of **machine maintenance and alignment**.
- Good knowledge of **design software** such as **AutoCAD, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW** is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, precision, and ability to meet production deadlines.
- Minimum education**:ITI / Diploma / Technical Certification** in Mechanical, CNC, or related field preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with **design-to-production workflows**.
- Knowledge of **vector and CAD file handling** (.DXF,.AI,.SVG).
- Familiarity with **laser power settings, cutting parameters, and nesting**
