**Job Summary**:
The Printer and CNC Laser Machine Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting eco-solvent printers, CNC routers, and CO2 laser machines. This role ensures high-quality printing, cutting, and engraving on various materials such as vinyl, acrylic, metal, plastic, polycarbonate sheets, and banners. The operator must ensure accuracy, quality control, and efficient workflow while collaborating with the design and production teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Eco-Solvent Printing:

- Operate and monitor HP Latex 335 & Epson SureColor S40670 eco-solvent printers.
- Prepare and load printing materials such as vinyl, banners, and signage.
- Ensure color accuracy and print quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot printing issues.
- Manage ink and consumables stock.
- CNC Router & CO2 Laser Machine Operation:

- Operate and monitor CNC Router (4x8) and CO2 Laser (4x8) machines for precision cutting, engraving, and shaping.
- Prepare and load materials, including acrylic, metal, plastic, and polycarbonate sheets.
- Set up machine parameters using design files in DXF, AI, or other CAD formats.
- Ensure precision and quality control in finished products, including backlit logos.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.
- **General Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams for accurate job execution.
- Follow safety guidelines and operational protocols.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience** in eco-solvent printing, CNC routing, and laser cutting operations.
- **Familiarity** with design software like **AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, or Illustrator**.
- **Strong attention to detail** and ability to follow technical specifications.
- **Basic machine maintenance** knowledge.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a printing or signage production environment.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,465.23 - ₹25,948.16 per month
