**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**:

- Develop and implement the company’s strategic plan to achieve business goals and objectives.

- Lead the agency's vision and mission, ensuring alignment with the company's values and goals.
- **Business Development**:

- Expand the client portfolio by identifying and securing high-value clients, particularly funded startups and large businesses.
- Foster and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Drive revenue growth by exploring new business opportunities and maximizing existing client relationships.
- **Operational Excellence**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring efficient workflows and processes.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Implement best practices in project management, client servicing, and creative output.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:

- Build, lead, and mentor a team of top-tier professionals across various functions including strategy, creative, and digital marketing.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative culture that encourages continuous learning and professional development.
- Set performance benchmarks and ensure the team meets or exceeds client expectations.
- **Brand Positioning**:

- Position Digital Mojo as a leading digital marketing and branding agency in the region.

**Qualifications**:
