We’re looking for a creative and experienced **UI/UX Designer** to craft intuitive experiences for our web and mobile platforms. If you have a sharp design eye and a passion for solving user problems, let’s build the future of payments together.

**What You’ll Do**
- Develop and drive a cohesive UI/UX design strategy across platforms
- Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Build interactive mockups using tools like **Figma** or **Adobe XD**:

- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
- Ensure responsive, accessible, and user-centric designs
- Maintain a scalable design system and visual brand consistency
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers
- Design creatives for product marketing (banners, PPTs, infographics, GIFs)

**What We’re Looking For**
- 5+ years of experience designing UI/UX for web & mobile platforms
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design
- Expertise in tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Deep understanding of responsive design & accessibility standards
- Ability to conduct user research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis
- Strong communication and project management skills

**Nice to Have**
- Experience working in a **fintech** or product-based company
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Understanding of brand consistency across platforms
