**Job Overview**

You will work collaboratively with developers, marketers, and content creators to turn ideas into seamless and impactful designs that align with brand and business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

**User Interface (UI) Design**
- Develop **design systems, style guides, icons, and interactive elements** consistent with brand identity.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure **accurate design implementation** and maintain design integrity.
- Optimize visual design for accessibility, usability, and engagement.

**User Experience (UX) Design**
- Conduct **user research, competitor analysis**, and **usability testing** to identify user needs and behaviors.
- Create **wireframes, prototypes, and user flows** to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Develop **personas and journey maps** to craft optimal, goal-oriented user experiences.
- Use analytics and feedback to **refine and improve the user experience** continuously.

**Collaboration & Strategy**
- Work cross-functionally with **marketing, development, and content teams** to translate business goals into meaningful design solutions.
- Present design concepts, prototypes, and user insights to internal teams and clients.
- Stay updated with the latest **UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies**, bringing innovation and modern design principles to every project.

**Skills & Competencies Required**
- Strong **portfolio** demonstrating UI/UX work for both **web and mobile platforms**.
- Expertise in **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator**, and other design tools.
- Understanding of **front-end technologies** (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of **design principles, color theory, typography**, and **responsive design**.
- Experience conducting **user testing** and interpreting **analytics for UX improvements**.
- Excellent attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and strong **time management** skills.

**Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)**
- Experience working in an **agile/scrum environment**.
- Familiarity with **motion design, animations, or micro-interactions**.
- Certification in **UI/UX Design** or **Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)**.
