**About the Role**

This role requires someone who can **collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders**, while leading design discussions and ensuring a seamless user journey across all platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the **end-to-end design process** from research, wireframing, prototyping, to final delivery.
- Create and maintain **design systems, UI kits, and style guides** for consistency across platforms.
- Conduct **user research and usability testing** to validate design decisions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure **design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation**.
- Translate complex fintech workflows (payouts, collections, dashboards, onboarding) into **simple and intuitive user flows**.
- Stay updated with **UI/UX trends, fintech best practices, and accessibility guidelines**.

**Requirements**:

- **3+ years of proven experience** as a UI/UX Designer (web & mobile).
- Proficiency in **Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools**.
- Strong portfolio showcasing **UI/UX design projects** (preferably fintech, SaaS, or product platforms).
- Solid understanding of **design thinking, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design**.
- Ability to translate **business requirements into engaging user experiences**.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
