Role Overview:
As a UI/UX Designer at Thor Signia, you will be responsible for crafting immersive and user-centric digital experiences across a variety of platforms. You will play a key role in designing intuitive interfaces, optimizing user journeys, and maintaining brand consistency. Your expertise in design tools and hands-on experience with frontend and backend development will be instrumental in bringing our vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:
Create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.

Utilize design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD to develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.

Convert Figma designs into HTML/CSS code, ensuring seamless integration with back-end systems.

Collaborate with developers to implement front-end and back-end design solutions that meet technical requirements and user needs.

Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital touch points.

Design customer experiences and user journeys that optimize engagement and satisfaction.

Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions and meeting project deadlines.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design to continuously enhance our design capabilities.

**Requirements**:
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and other relevant software.

Experience in converting Figma designs into HTML/CSS code for frontend development.

Strong background in website design, including both frontend and backend aspects.

Demonstrated expertise in mobile app design and development.

Ability to create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Experience in designing customer experiences and optimizing user journeys.

Proven track record of delivering exceptional design solutions and meeting project deadlines.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
