**Job Title**: Quality Executive
**Location**: Hirehalli, Tumkur

**Job Overview**:
TVS Electronics is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Executive to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. The role involves overseeing the quality control processes, maintaining compliance with company and industry standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Control**: Monitor and inspect incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- **Process Audits**: Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- **Root Cause Analysis**: Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of inspections, audits, and any quality-related documentation, ensuring traceability and compliance with ISO and other relevant standards.
- **Supplier Management**: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality of raw materials and components, and manage non-conformities with suppliers.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and efficiency.
- **Training**: Provide training to production staff on quality standards and procedures to foster a culture of quality awareness.
- **Customer Complaint Handling**: Address and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards applicable to the products and manufacturing processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a similar role in electronics manufacturing.
- **Certifications**: ISO 9001:2015, Six Sigma, or other relevant quality certifications are a plus.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS), root cause analysis tools, and statistical process control (SPC).
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to conduct thorough investigations of quality issues.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
- **Proficiency in Tools**: Hands-on experience with quality control tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and testing equipment.
- **Knowledge**: Good understanding of regulatory standards and best practices in the electronics industry.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
