Logistics Executive

**Job Title**: Logistics - Inward/Outward

**Location**: TVS Electronics, Hirehalli, Tumkur

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inward Logistics**:

- Receive incoming goods and materials.
- Verify quality and quantity of items received against purchase orders.
- Record and update inventory in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with the Quality team for inspections.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials.
- **Outward Logistics**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute the dispatch of finished goods to customers and other locations.
- Prepare necessary shipping documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, E-way bills).
- Ensure timely delivery of goods in coordination with transporters.
- Track and monitor deliveries to ensure proper receipt at the destination.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits.
- Collaborate with the Procurement and Production teams for stock planning.
- **Coordination**:

- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers for transportation and warehousing services.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle proper documentation for inbound and outbound logistics in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of transportation and warehousing procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
