Branch Business Head

Role : Branch Business Head.
Location : Peenya, RR Nagar, Tumkur
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the branch including compliance, underwriting, operation, sales, and processing teams.
- Plan and execute the strategy to achieve the performance of the branch.
- Expand and retain the company's base of customers for affordable home loans by developing and maintaining strong liaisons with the clients/channel partners.
- Ensure compliance with all Audit / NHB regulations as well as policies and procedures of the company.
- Closely monitors the quality of books ensuring minimum delinquency at the branch level.
- Drive team productivity by effectively managing the team of sales managers and also extend support through appropriate hiring, training, reward and recognition of the team.
- Build and develop a defined source mix comprising of direct and indirect sourcing channels.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the lending process at the various stages such as inquiry, application, verification, disbursement of loan, collection, new and existing customer service.
- Manage post-sales customer/channel partner escalation.
- Co-ordinate and supervise all key departments including channel partners internally and strategies that road map for lending products.
- Constantly keep update of market trends and competitor intelligence.

Requirements :
Any graduation is mandatorily required.
4 - 7 Yrs of experience in Affordable Home Loans.
Good Communication and interpersonal Skills.
Good market Connect with Team Handling experience is must.
