**Responsibilities**:
 Perform routine maintenance tasks on production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

 Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.

 Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, troubleshoot issues, and carry out necessary repairs.

 Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruption to production schedules.

 Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance measures.

 Participate in the planning and execution of scheduled maintenance shutdowns.  Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.

 Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the maintenance area.

 Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

 Provide technical support and training to production staff on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications:
 High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training preferred.

 Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or production environment.

 Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

 Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

 Proficient in using hand and power tools for maintenance and repair tasks.

 Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

 Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

 Good communication skills and the ability to convey technical information effectively.

 Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
