**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of solar panels, inverters, transformers, and related systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical issues in the solar power plant.
- Monitor plant performance and ensure the achievement of performance benchmarks.
- Clean and maintain solar modules and other equipment to ensure efficiency.
- Handle wiring, cabling, and electrical connections as needed.
- Maintain logs, documentation, and reports on maintenance activities and plant performance.
- Coordinate with the operations team for system upgrades and improvements.
- Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in solar power plant operations or a similar field is preferred.
- Good understanding of electrical systems, including inverters, transformers, and wiring.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting tools like multimeters and other diagnostic equipment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and practices related to solar plant maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
