We have Requirement for below position.

Post: Tender Executive

Location: Mumbai (Andheri)

Notice Period - 15-30 days

**Qualification**: Bachelor degree in commerce

Experience in Tender & offer role will be preferred.

Experience Maximum 2 ‐ 4 years in similar field.

Should Know the required computer skills (Excel and MS word)

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for preparing and submitting offer, registering order and Communication with Customers /Sales Team.

Create sales order, MIS and perform invoice in robosoft for customers payment.

Assure quality of sales related equipment and update if necessary.

Great interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office /Excel and Word.

Co‐ordination with sales person and distributor for solving customer issues against the purchase order.

Preparing tender documents, and end-to-end tender submission online/offline.

Good knowledge about quotation calculation, Gem-portal & Tender submission.

Online and offline Government tender e-filing ( HPCL/LOCL/BPCL )

Support marketing and sales team to gather intelligence on recent and upcoming bids and tenders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
